NEW CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Hello everyone! I’m honestly so disappointed that I have to do this but due to the amount of no shows, I’m no longer left with any choice.
As most of you are aware, this is our full time jobs and has been for many, many years now. Over time, we often get cancellations as sometimes it can’t be helped but being let down last minute is becoming more frequent and I’m afraid I’m going to have to proceed to charge a cost of cancellation.
If we are not informed within AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment, there will now be a charge of 50% of the rate.
CANCELLATION ON THE DAY WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT- NEEDING TO BE BANK TRANSFERRED ALONG SIDE THE CANCELLATION.
This will also mean that Bank transfer will have to be made before ANY new appointments are re-booked.
As it’s a lot of money that we’re losing out on and with such short notice, we can’t usually get anyone in to replace your appointment.
I hope you can all understand, again I’m really sorry circumstances have resulted to this.
