NEW CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Hello everyone! I’m honestly so disappointed that I have to do this but due to the amount of no shows, I’m no longer left with any choice.

As most of you are aware, this is our full time jobs and has been for many, many years now. Over time, we often get cancellations as sometimes it can’t be helped but being let down last minute is becoming more frequent and I’m afraid I’m going to have to proceed to charge a cost of cancellation.

If we are not informed within AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment, there will now be a charge of 50% of the rate.

CANCELLATION ON THE DAY WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT- NEEDING TO BE BANK TRANSFERRED ALONG SIDE THE CANCELLATION.

This will also mean that Bank transfer will have to be made before ANY new appointments are re-booked.

As it’s a lot of money that we’re losing out on and with such short notice, we can’t usually get anyone in to replace your appointment.

I hope you can all understand, again I’m really sorry circumstances have resulted to this.

WE’VE RELOCATED TO 176 WARREN AVENUE SO16 6AA

To all my lovely customers,

After 22 years operating my business from the shop I’ve taken the decision to downsize and relocate. As from January 2022 I will be working from my home address, in a smaller, brand-new air-conditioned salon. I will no longer be doing big dogs (UNLESS YOU ARE EXCITING CUSTOMERS) and so that I can take as many of you with me I won’t be taking on any new clients I would also suggest booking your next appointment after each groom so that I can fit you in.

I will still provide a local drop of service for existing customer that already benefit from this however there is now going to be a £1 charge added to this, and all prices will increase by £1.50per dog/cat from January 2022 Although I’m not moving too far, I realise this will make it difficult for some of you that don’t drive to get to me and I do apologise for this. I will still offer nails and glands only service I will just ask that you call first before coming.

After 22 years of working on a larger scale I may come across a few teething problems but working together I’m sure we will get over these.

As sad as I am to be giving up the shop, I am very much looking forward to my new adventure. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of you, I will do my upmost to make the move as easy as possible for you and I will look forward to seeing all my favourite pooches in the new salon soon. Pease do not hesitate to ask if you have any question or concerns here.
